    Our inventory is solely from the best manufacturers in the golf business. From Callaway and Mizuno to Titleist, if it's a quality piece of golf equipment, we've got it. We have two warehouses in New York and New Jersey with items not yet displayed in our web proshop.

  2. Best Prices
    Our prices are usually the lowest on the internet. We maintain our overhead to minimum and pass the savings to customers in the form of low, low prices. If you find a product priced lower than ours on the internet, send us the URL, and we'll match the price. All negotiation or adjustment of final price should be made before the order is placed.

  3. Secure Transaction
    Our site is hosted on Yahoo secure server. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption, which is currently the best standard encryption method.
    All online transactions at PaylessGolf.com are handled with 128-bit SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.

  4. Prompt Delivery
    We make it our policy to stock everything all the time. Any order received for in-stock merchandise before 3 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Currently we are working on on-line inventory tracking system. Until then, customers will be notified via email within 3 hours of order when orders will be shipped. Customers have the option to cancel their order if not all items are in stock. We welcome email inquiry for item availability.

  5. Dedicated Customer Service
    Customer service is the most important to us. We know ecommerce lives and dies with customer service. We will do our best to process your order efficiently and meticulously. All orders will be personally taken care of by experienced staffs. Customers will be constantly notified (via email) regarding the order status.
    As a company, we are continually looking for ways to improve. If you've got something you'd like to see in our store, whether it be a product, or service option, let us know by dropping us an email into our suggestion box.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time
  • Any order received for in-stock merchandise before 3 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day.
  • Most items will be shipped within 2 working days. Some of the Major Pro-Line products may take a little longer.
  • Customers will be notified with the shipping informations unless they are given the notice of order cancellation due to unavailability of the goods ordered
  • If ordered items are not in-stock, it can take up to 7 to 10 business days for manufacturer drop shipment.
  • Some items that are very hot at the time or distributed by allotment basis may not be available within 7 to 10 business days. In that case, as these things are already known, we will notify customers immediately. Customers can cancel their order or wait until the item is available.
  • Within 3 hours of placing order, customers will be notified via email approximate shipping time.
  • Customers have the option to cancel their order if any ordered items are not in stock.
  • At the time of shipping, another e-mail will be sent to confirm the shipment with UPS tracking number. This enables you to go directly to UPS' web site (http://ups.com) to track your order. We charge customer's credit card at the time of shipping (except special order).
Shipping Cost
  • All items will be shipped via UPS Ground with insurance unless requested otherwise.
  • We charge $5.99~$8.49 for all items in the Continental U.S. unless the shipping cost is substantially higher.
  • Orders of multiple items have slightly higher shipping cost. The cost charged to the customer is the cost PaylessGolf.com is charged by the shipper.
  • International Orders Actual shipping cost will be mailed to the customer for acceptance before processing order.
  • International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination.
  • All special delivery costs will be quoted upon request. All deliveries outside the continental U.S. will be quoted upon request.
  • The cost charged to the customer is the cost PaylessGolf.com is charged by the shipper.

Privacy Policy

We maintain a very simple privacy policy.
"Any information of the customers, private and public, will not be sold or used by other party, period."

Warranty Information

  • PaylessGolf.com stands behind every item we sell.
  • All products carry a full manufacturer's warranty, usually life-time guarantee.
  • Should you have a problem within the manufacturer's warranty period, PaylessGolf.com will gladly assist you in taking care of your particular situation.
  • For some items, even if the warranty period expired, we can contact the manufacturer's rep and arrange the repair with shipping charge only.

Exchange and Return Policy

  • All clubs purchased at PaylessGolf.com will be brand new, unused products.
  • They will also receive a quality inspection before they are shipped to you.
  • However, if you are not satisfied with the product you receive, we offer a 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
  • In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product simply return it within 3 days for a 100% refund.
  • Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials.
  • Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned.
  • PaylessGolf reserves the right to access a restocking charge on all closeout items and items not normally stocked.
  • Special Order items and Custom Orders are not returnable.
  • If you should need to return an item, contact PaylessGolf.com by E-Mail and request a RA(Return Authorization) number.
  • Returned items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item.
  • Shipping charges may not be refunded. For orders offered with free shipping, the actual shipping charges may be deducted from the amount of refund.
  • Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping.
  • All returned items that are used and damaged will not be accepted.
  • This exchange and return policy applies to all products unless individually specified otherwise.
